A question was asked about the land registry office and how to access information about property. A credit card is all that is needed to find 'lots' of information through their computerized system. A Book of Wills is also available to check out property that has been passed on due to death. Files of deed are also available for viewing by the public.
Over the next few weeks this blogsite will describe in some detail about exactly how to use the system.
Easements and right-aways, always a headache, may be slightly elucidated, but they are difficult.
